SYARAT PENGAMBILAN RAPORT :
- Sudah mengembalikan buku pinjaman Perpustakaan
- Lunas : SPP sampai Bulan Juni 2018, Biaya Ulangan PAS dan PAT, Iuran OSIS dan SPSA (bagi yang belum)
Untuk kepentingan KBM di Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019, masing-masing siswa diwajibkan melakukan daftar ulang MULAI TANGGAL 25 JUNI SAMPAI 29 JUNI 2018 dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

- Siswa yang tidak melakukan daftar ulang sampai dengan tanggal 29 Juni 2018 belum mendapatkan kelas untuk jenjang berikutnya
- Pengembalian raport dilakukan pada saat daftar ulang
- Bagi siswa yang tidak naik kelas juga diwajibkan melakukan daftar ulang sesuai dengan kelasnya.
- Khusus siswa yang naik kelas 9 wajib mengumpulkan fotokopi IJAZAH dan SKHUN SD sebanyak 5 lembar yang telah dilegalisir beserta fotokopi kartu NISN/Bukti NISN 1 lembar untuk keperluan nominasi ujian nasional (dikumpulkan tepat pada waktunya).
- Bukti NISN dapat di akses di http://nisn.data.kemdikbud.go.id/page/data. Jika masih terdapat kesalahan di data NISN di laman tersebut segera melaporkan kepada pihak sekolah karena NISN terkait dengan Nominasi Ujian Nasional.
- Libur semester genap mulai tanggal 11 Juni 2018 sampai dengan 14 Juli 2018, masuk tanggal 16 Juli 2018 pukul 06.30 WIB dan pulang pukul 10.00 WIB dengan memakai seragam seperti biasanya.
- Pembayaran dilakukan di mini bank BRI SMP Laboratorium UM (bank buka setiap hari Senin-Jum’at pada jam kerja, Senin–Kamis pukul 08.00–12.00 WIB dan Jum’at pukul 08.00 – 10.00 WIB)
- Setiap hadir ke sekolah siswa wajib memakai seragam sekolah dan bersepatu.
- Khusus Kelas ICP SPP sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
