KOTA MALANG,- SMP Lab Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) mengikuti kegiatan outbound yang diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan Badan Pengembangan Laboratorium Pendidikan (YBLP) UM, beserta seluruh karyawan lembaga pendidikan yang di bawah naungannya. Kegiatan yang berlangsung selama 2 hari itu dilaksanakan di Hotel Royal Orchid Kota Batu, pada Juma’t hingga berakhir Sabtu siang.
Kepala Sekolah SMP Lab UM, Dra. Yayuk Prihatnawati, M.Pd, mengaku senang mengikuti kegiatan outbound yang diselenggarakan oleh yayasan, sebab bisa mengenal semua rekan kerja dari lintas kota hingga lintas jenjang.
“Outbound selama 2 hari ini berisi games yang dikemas menarik dan fun. Banyak hal diperoleh diantaranya menjadi saling mengenal rekan kerja lintas jenjang dan lintas kota, menyadari betapa pentingnya jalinan komunikasi dan kerjasama yang utuh dalam suatu organisasi, perlunya saling mempercayai, tidak ada yang mempunyai kedudukan yang paling penting dan membiasakan diri patuh pada instruksi pimpinan,” ujar Yayuk dihubungi Minggu, 29/07.
Yayuk berharap dalam kegiatan outbound itu, semua rekan kerja yang dalam naungan yayasan, mendapatkan pengalaman dan pelajaran yang diperoleh selama kegiatan.
“Semoga sekolah Lab memiliki Tim Work yang kuat dan handal dalam mencapai tujuannya,” tutupnya.
